Yoga is about alignment. If you want to have a beautiful Yoga experience just go out. In Ibiza you can find many fig trees for example. Many of them stay untouched although the fruits are more than ripe. Mostly these fruits are delicious (if you like figs).
Now what you do is pick some fruits that are asking you to be taken. go home clean them and put them in a pan, ad some sugar and a little bit of ginger. Let them simmer for an hour or so and you have a delicious fig-configure. This you can put on your bread, in your yogurt and even use within some culinary meals.
fact is, this process of going out, pick fruits, and transforming them to something eatable, is an alignment with body, environment, mind and sense. Just this simple, free and delicious....

Out in the Open
Garden 'N Yoga is also found out of the private property. Public spaces are (especially in the morning) suited for sessions. This means two things. If you don't have a garden you still can have Yoga. If you are a governmental organization or public benefiter responsible for those public spaces you are welcome to make use of our assistance. Garden 'N Yoga believes in the wellbeing of every being, so the wider the concept is spread the further it can reach, uncovering a context out in the open.
Garden 'N Yoga Is a combination of ‘transcendental landscaping’ together with the transcendental practice of aligning body and mind with breath. Both methods are based on the so called ‘inner silence’. Yoga is a way to become aware of your inner silence. Also a garden has it’s own ‘inner silence’. Notice that when Garden ‘N Yoga speaks of ‘inner silence’ they don’t speak of the absolute absence of sound but the absence of disturbing or distorting elements like for example emotions.
Garden 'N Yoga is three fold, awareness, strengthening and alignment.
Awareness of the inner silence of yourself and the inner silence of your surrounding garden is the first step. The second step is to strengthen this inner silence. Last step is alignment of the 'inner silence' in and outside. To create a balance would be nice, even relaxing and convenient. Garden ‘N Yoga strives for better. Together we can work on something ‘transcendent,’ crossing the barriers of personality, garden and terms as relaxing and convenient.
How does it work?
Simple, while you get a professional private yoga session (which you can share with max 4 persons), our transcendental gardener will explore the garden. Closing the session a ‘plan du campaign’ will be started. Integral planning means appreciating all aspects what comes together person, personality, nature, recourses and ’breath’. The course taken depends on this first meeting. Eventually we will reach the point where the Yoga finds the garden and vice versa, this is not an end rather a landmark. The point to start new explorations, transcending borders.
